1. How fresh is the beer that I order from you?
We don't have a central stock, so the beers comes straight "from the spring" - the brewery, or a nearby beer trader. Therefore we can always guarantee for fresh beer.
2. Which minimum durability do the beers have?
Because the MD are very different at small breweries, we can't guarantee a uniform MD. Some beers are bottled when they are ordered - freshly and unfiltered - and should be drunk as quickly as possible. The MD of some beers only amount 4 weeks. But in generelly is it up to 2-12 months.
3. Can I be sure that the order comes undamaged ?
We dispatch in special cardboard packagings. With our dispatch partner ups we made good experiences for many years . In case of a damage during the carriage, we assure you a quick and uncomplicated compensation.
4. How are the delivery times?
After payment the dispatch will immediately be arranged and delivered within less days. At the latest after 7 working days the beer should be with you. In case of delivery delay, we'll give you well-timed information. As soon as your order is prepared for the dispatch you receive a message from ups with a code for tracking your shipment over internet.
5. Is the bottle deposit already included in the prices?
For normal beer bottles a deposit of 0.08€ or 0.15€ is included in the price. You can get it back at almost every drink trader all over Germany. With party barrels, siphon and magnumbottles we do not charge a bottle deposit.
6. Can I revoke my order?
As online-traders we are subject to the German law. Therefore of course, you can revoke your purchase and send back the product to us.
7. Which payment possibilities do you offer?
Generally we dispatch against prepayment. Please, transfer on the usual way to our bank account at Sparkasse Rosenheim-Bad Aibling. Besides this, we offer payment-methodes with the two established payment-providers PayPal and Sofortüberweisung.de.
8. Do you also dispatch abroad?
Dispatching in EU countries within a few days is also possible without any problems. We do not carry out in Non-EU Countries any more, because the juridical hurdles are very high for dispatching alcohol and the effort is too much.
9. How high are the forwarding expenses?

10. Can I add a greeting note?
Yes! We write your (short) message on a BIER & BIER postcard and put it into the box for free.
